Houses of Parliament

Early morning walk over Westminster Bridge looking towards our Houses of Parliament, or Palace of Westminster to give it it's correct title. Forgotten how cold it can be along the River especially at 8.10am in the morning . The fact that there are very few people around seems to indicate that they have more sense than me!
