My New Grandson

Brilliant news, just before 10.00 this morning my new grandson came into the world. My youngest son and his wife, over in Northern Ireland are now the proud parents of a 9lb 10oz, red haired little boy. He has no name yet, but I'm sure it will be a good Irish name as befits a wee boy who will be living on a farm in the Sperrin Mountains. I cannot wait to see him but I think I will have to be patient as the weather is rather unpredictable at the moment and the journey over is not easy for us.

It has been a very emotional day.
