Secret Santa has been

Edinburgh has created a great twist on the Secret Santa thing by establishing a city wide exchange of gifts to strangers. You signed up on a website to say you were going to be involved and were then allocated someone who you had to buy before and you were allocated to a different person who would buy for you. The gifts were then left at local independent traders where you could pick them up. My gift was left at Brotique and it could be worth a visit when I have more time after discovering it.
