Fat Cow!

With rain forecast this afternoon, Alan and I took the boys out for a walk this morning. We went to Stanmer Park and the rain clouds started moving in as we got there, but fortunately it held off until we got back to the car. The light was fantastic with the sun behind us and the black sky in front of us, and I saw a herd of cows so stopped to take their photo. I'd taken a couple of shots and then this cow, obviously very heavily pregnant, came over the top of the hill - snap, and I had my blip.

When we got home, we took Alan's parents out for Sunday lunch to The Black Horse in Rottingdean which was as delicious as ever, and my evening has been spent writing Christmas cards and wrapping presents - until I ran out of wrapping paper that is!
