If you are in need, the Silver Lake will carry you

Last night we saw Kurt Weill's Silver Lake at the Folk Opera - a fantastic production! In the poetic last scene Fennimore's prophecy "If you are in need, the Silver Lake will carry you" came true.

We wished the same miracle would happen to us this afternoon. But the puddles just grew larger and larger...

Anyway, the tea, cookies and cake at Z's mum's tasted excellent as usual.
