On the edge

I suspect I might be starting a bit of a shoe series with this one.
I've run out of ideas for daily blips around the house while I am watching over my mom.
Today was wonderful; it ended up that my dad wasn't scheduled to work today because of my mom's surgery, my sister was working from home (ours to be precise), and we all ended up just hanging out with Mom and eating most of the day. (Of course, for the record, Catherine was working...)

Dad and I perfected the Blackberry Mojito recipe that we got earlier this week from Bar Annie. OHMYGOSHIT'SSOGOOD. Tart. Minty. Fresh. Just like a smoothie.. but better. I drink it too fast, unfortunately.
