Dessert Masterpiece

We went to Stadium Brewery tonight for dinner. The executive chef here is Chef Octavio Montoya. He was my cooking class instructor last month. We knew he was working tonight so we asked to see him. Good call. He was so gracious to us and spent some time talking food to Peggy and I and Peggy's friend Shelley. He had his famous pot stickers brought out to us for starters, then after our French onion soup and Parmesan encrusted chicken entres he sent out this incredible bread pudding. The brown crunchy looking things around the outside are crushed pecans in brown sugar. What a culinary wonder.
