Look! Up in the sky!

Well, can you expect me to pay attention when there are shiny things flying above my head? Really? I wonder what the story behind these plane is. They were in formation all over the place. Even impressed my husband with this picture, because you could not see them this well at all in the sky. They were pretty far off.

I should have been watching Ben's game while I had my camera pointed skyward. (But, hey, he wasn't on the field at the time!) Poor guys lost 8 - 10. Ben got two nice hits and struck out once. Two runs! His best friend took him on a hike after the game. They played at the waterfalls for an hour and a half! Met 2 boys and they all built a bridge out of found branches. Good day for him!

Katrina was on a roll today. Had to argue about everything. She did not have such a good day.

Victoria and I got to go on a walk alone! We had a nice St. Pat's Day dinner at my inlaw's. After dinner the two of us took a walk around the neighborhood. It was good to get to talk with her about girl stuff. She is feeling "fat" and while that pains me, I took this opportunity to talk with her about making healthy choices, drinking water, and exercising more. With soccer season over, she doesn't have any regular exercise, so we decided to start walking together more. And she can climb the rope in the backyard every day. Soon, the pool will be heated and she can swim. As she grows taller, she will slim down. No dieting! I tried to ask her questions and listen to her, rather than get into "lecture mode". (Hard to do when I know everything! lol)
