Heart Number 20

I have seen a few of these heart signs around Bray. This is number 20. Is it love? Is it graffiti? Is it both? I will try to find out what they are about. I found out what the numbers on the trees are for. Will tell you next time I blip them. Meanwhile if anyone has left their heart in Bray and its number 20, I found it. Its on the wall at the bottom of my road.
