Koru

Went to the Auckland Botanical Gardens for the first time today. Walked around the park clockwise and discovered the magnolias(blooming!) and the cactus/succulent gardens last which were my two favorite parts. Will have to go back and spend some more time at that end of the park. It's free and only a ten minute drive.

This is a photo of one of the most amazing cacti. It's hard to tell the scale from this shot, but this thing was big!
