Santa Cruz's Homemade Hot Tub

Today we bailed out on everything and packed up for a day at the beach. I know it's just the beginning of spring, but I was thirsting for the sound of crashing waves and the carefree feeling the beach provides. It's about a 2 hour drive to Santa Cruz from where I live. It typically can be somewhat overcast there in the mornings...but when we got there around 2 o'clock...the skies were blue and the weather in the high 60s. It was BEAUTIFUL! The boys liked playing in the Pacific Ocean no matter how cold it was. Of course, I took my usual million pictures of the day...many of them scenic. However, my boys best memory of the day was what I chose for my Blip...the making of their own 'Homemade Hot Tub'. They were so proud of their creation, and were sad to leave it to head home. Upon leaving, I uttered my usual phrase 'Don't worry...mommy captured PLENTY of pictures of it'.
