Hot dog
This is Singye, just returning from a walk outside in the 36 degree (high 90s F) heat with her little pink tongue hanging out. Singye is from Bhutan and since I'm going there tomorrow, this is a fitting blip. She's a Bhutanese style Lhasa Apso and her name means "Snow Lion." I think she thinks she really is a lion even though she's tiny. She barks at everything.
The monks traditionally kept this breed as a guard dog at the monasteries. Since they are on a hair trigger alert, their barking wakes up the more sluggish - but more dangerous - Tibetan mastiffs.
I'm recommitting to more regular blips starting today. Stay tuned for Bhutan blips over the next couple of weeks.
