Field of crocus

This cried out to me as I drove home from work this evening. I only had the 50mm lens with me so the focus is a bit off, but what a fabulous display!

In spite of our harsh winter, I think its a better show than the same spot on 12th March last year.

And I see that exactly one year ago I took the first blip with my new Nikon D60. I love my camera!
