Successful day

My parents came up to Edinburgh to visit today. While I was sat by the window waiting for their car to pull up I starting taking pics of my birthday tulips. They're still beautiful. I seem to have had a string of flowers given to me over recent weeks. These were from Dave.

After last weeks success, we've been on the hunt for a car, but buying a car is much easier if you already own one. So my parents were up with their car to help - Dad offered to chauffeur us around to any garages we wanted to see.

A success trip, we've put a deposit down on a niffty little number and I can't wait to pick it up next week. Thank you to Dave for my birthday car-present, and to mam and dad for making the trip up to see us and help out. We will come and visit you in it soon! x
