We met up with a brother and partner today in Cromford, ~Derbyshire, which is about half-way between our two houses. After a pub lunch and a walk on the hills from Middleton, with spectacular views in several directions at once, including the Wrekin, Long Mynd and Wenlock Edge, we returned to Cromford to look for tea and cake - food playing a major part in our lives.

This little chap was outside a shop selling 'ethnic' clothing etc - good fun.
