Stay-at-home day

What is going on with the weather? It's nonsense. Mum and I went into town for tea with the ladies and Ian this morning, then battled through the wind and sleet to do our messages. Freezing, we caught the bus then barricaded ourselves indoors with the central heating and hot cups of tea. Brrrrr. We were planning to go to Aberdeen tomorrow, but I think that's out of the question - the weather's supposed to be worse. Gah! We'll stay indoors with books, cameras and computers.

Mum started this book after lunch and it was finished by early evening - she's surely the fastest reader ever.
