Flowerdale Walk

A day of howling blizzards followed by cold calm.

Bob came by the school, and we took the boy up to Flowerdale for a walk. It was lovely, and the trees gave us good shelter against the horizontal hailstones.

It's nice that the holiday can begin, now that study club is finished. Most of the kids said that they really enjoyed the club, and felt it was worthwhile.
One of my friends asked a pupil "How did you get on at study club, then?"
"Lunch was nice", came the reply.
