Easter at the Empire

Went to the Empire hotel this avo.. for afternoon tea..

Easters not a well celebrated thing here in Brunei.. but i have to admit in my 3 years here.. this year they actually an Eastery feel to the place.. Rabbits in a pen in the foyer,.. twigs with blown decorated eggs hanging daintily from them.. choccie bunnies (although slightly Psycho looking !!)

The afternoon tea was very pleasant.. lots of spring rolls,curry puffs,noodles,tuna puffs,quiches..and plenty of beautiful cakes too.. all calorie free (today only!!)

it was a lovely afternoon.. spent with some friends.. just chatting, eating and drinking Dong Ding tea(leslie philips would have loved that tea 'ding dong!')

Didnt actually feel like Easter though... not a Cadburys Mini Egg in sight!
