The Chiropractor said gentle walks

So I'm walking

Luckily I only have to walk out of my front door and I'm at the canal so its not toooo demanding really.

I usually turn right over the bridge as thats where most of the boat life is around the lock - and the pub! but as time was on my hands I decided to turn left instead. Not very much up that way really, cows, sheep, fields nice but not spectacular.

I said to myself I'll get to the next bridge and turn round, just as I got there a queue of boats were waiting to come through so I snapped a family enjoying their holiday.

My backs a bit achy now so I think I'll have a wee while lying on the floor - and maybe a nap!
