Fish, at last!

Well, after trying for the whole Easter weekend, Brad and I finally both jagged a fish each. This little ellow is a Flathead and they do come in a bigger version. They also make great eating when they are legal size.

On the whole I haven't been all that impressed with the Gold Coast fishing/boating experience. There are waaaay too many people here with big boats wanting to go as fast as they possible can. It was like trying to fish in the middle of a highway.
