Y U K!

Went out with one of my team today to visit some of our tenants. One had complained about mould and damp in her flat so we had a look round - place full to the gunnels of "stuff" no heating on and windows never opened -we told her to clear some stuff out and ventilate and heat the room and get to wash the wash with some hot soapy water! We were then asked to look at the bathroom.........

She reckoned she cleaned this room the week before! I just couldn't get over the toothbrush neatly parked behind the tap. Trust me folks this is how some people live! I can feel lessons in the art of housekeeping coming on.......
