Cracking Day

At work today this is what we found in the grounds. A very tall tree splintered but still held up by another tree nearby. Soon the tree surgeons will come and cut it down. Meanwhile the area will have to stay clear - just in case there is more wind or the branch holding this tree up is cracking too.

Turned out to be quite a busy day at work, what with this tree and catching up on two days off, i.e. lots of mail.
