Eldest announced that her mobile was "playing up" ;) and she needed a new one!

And she just HAD to have a Blackberry (would be nothing to do with the unlimited internet time, unlimited texts and Facebook app would it?).

Well, you know how Dads are!

It also meant I could go and get something I had been promising myself...an anglepoise magnifying glass and light thingy. Fanstastic for all those close up "fixing Stuff" projects I've been doing.

At last I can read the part numbers on those charred components I keep blowing up.

L got a new cymbal stand (as he wasn't loud enough - he can now have 5 cymbals and his hi-hats to hit).

K got a quiet afternoon in watching trash TV.
