Don't Be Shy!

Woke up to another cold and gray day. Doesn't sound much like Spring Break, does it? It's particularly cold today, actually. As us Michiganders always say, "That's Michigan weather for you!"

This morning didn't fare that well for me, and when I get upset, I have this urge to get away with my camera, which is exactly what I did. I thought of many different places to go to and ended up calling a friend that lives in the area I was headed toward. She actually lives pretty far and I would never think of driving there on a normal basis. However, it is break and I wanted to go away somewhere. It feels like the long drives along scenic roads while listening to good music could calm any person down.

We went to Panera Bread to grab lunch which consisted of their new Cuban sandwich. It was absolutely delicious just like anything else on Panera's menu. We talked a bit and I had to bring out my camera, of course. By now I'd think that no one should be camera shy around me! Haha well, I guess there are some exceptions. :)
