Spring Bee

I snapped this bee in the garden this afternoon. There were bees and wasps all busy collecting nectar in the gentle sunshine.

My eldest daughter was helping burn heather up on the moors near Whitfield with a local gamekeeper and friends. The youngest went horse-riding up near Healey. My son went over to Penrith for work and was luck to finish early.

A good end to the week.
