Red Brick Chimney

Headed back to the historic Five Points area of Riverside. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted to take for today's photo but it didn't quite work out that way.

I found it hard to find inspiration -- I think a headache might have been to blame.

I was about to head home, in the knowledge that I had not captured much of real merit, when I saw this red brick chimney and liked the contrast between it and the yellow walls. I decided to go for a symmetrical composition.
