Country In The City

Explored the delights of Post Street, in the Riverside area, today and managed 45 minutes of wandering around before the rain came. Who ordered that? I certainly didn't. Thankfully, it was only drizzle and didn't last too long.

This old fence and wooden garage caught my eye, especially the sign.

Looking at this shot, it could have been taken in rural Arkansas or West Virginia. Some may find it hard to believe that it lies in the sophisticated and cultured metropolis that is Jacksonville. Please note the heavy use of irony in that description. :-)

I notice that CS5 was launched today, with shipping expected next month. Looks like I will have to come up with some fundraising scheme to afford the cost of the upgrade. Any ideas -- legal and decent -- would be most welcome.
