Not quite. But I worked on Iain Heggie's production of his play in 1993 and these two reminded me of a modern day Effie and Jinty.

Jinty: This is lovely
Effie: Aye
Jinty: This is lovely so it is, isn?t it?
Effie: Aye ....right enough
