Surreal

I really like this sculpture at Marble Arch.

I met Fred after work and we walked down Oxford Street to Hyde Park in the sun. It's been a long time since we ventured west down the road to Notting Hill, but not much seems to have changed. The place was buzzing - a far cry from suburban South London. I love going to a new (to me) music venue and I was pleasantly surprised by the Tabernacle, where we met Fi, had a lovely bite to eat, and saw Dan Arborise (a pleasant surprise because I'm a fan but didn't know he was playing) and Lou Rhodes who was superb.
