Dr. J's Day

Seeds

Wonderful sunny warm day here in Seattle. Started off the morning by taking Willy to Magnuson park for him to roam around in. Then hit up a Children's hospital plant sale for some great finds and then a LONG afternoon of gardening. Jer was a machine a broke up and weeded our front disaster area (full of clay, weeds and other mystery finds) and I planted all these seeds, mainly in garden containers. We'll see how successful my 'garden' will be compared to last year.

I have planted:
- Swiss chard (magenta sunset & rainbow)
- Lacinato kale
- Radishes (tricolored easter egg & specialty red meat)
- Beets (chioggia, flat of Egypt, touchstone gold)
- Salad greens (encore mix, mild mesclun blend, pot & patio blend)
- Cilantro (calypso)
- Basil (Italian large leaf)
- Gai Lan
- Bok Choy
- Red sails leaf lettuce
- Babylon cucumbers
- Snap Peas
- Sayamusume beans (edamame)
- Tricolor Mix bush beans
- Zucchini (bush baby & soleil)
- Patty Pan Sunburst squash
- Purple Scallions
- Carrots (Nantes, Merida, Purple Haze)

Can't wait to see what grows (and what doesn't).....
