Compensation Card

I'm not very sure what made me check my receipt today on leaving Asda. I never ever do this. But something made me look to see if the dishwasher tablets went through on 2 for £6. They were £4 each which was actually a bargain anyway as normally £6.50 or so. But having on offer at 2 for £6 seemed too good to be true.

So on checking, it hadn't gone through. I went to customer services and they instantly refunded me the £2 on my debit card then promptly gave me the same again on a gift card by way of apology. Ok, so it's not a fortune, but was impressed they did it at all!
