Polka Dots - day 3

Usual day today - nothing exciting. Meeting in AM, work, home for dinner, bed early. Jer made a baked white king salmon filet with grape tomatoes and I sauteed some rainbow chard, all served with quinoa. I think this must be the perfect dinner - super high in omega-3's (king salmon has the highest content), lycopene, thiamine, folate, zinc, vitamins A, K, E, iron, potassium, folate - the list goes on and on. Probably makes up for all of that carrot cake i've been eating (but that's good for me too, right? Carrots, walnuts, dairy.....).
