Busy busy

A bit of a frustrating day...I wandered to at least three widely separated decorating stores, trying to find stuff for painting and puttying the windows of our flat. These things always take a lot more time than you ever think they might, and I spent quite a while swithering about what to get. Not exactly being handy, it is going to take me quite a while to get the job finished, I suspect...

Anyway, the foregoing is largely just an apology for the rather rushed, un-thought-about photo of a Great Tit (Parus major) sitting among the fresh spring hawthorn leaves
