For you will not always have me

This is a sunset that I watch frequently from the A71. Today I stopped to photograph it. The clouds were almost extensive enough to rob us of it's delights today. But not quite.

There is something satisfying in seeing the darkness thwarted. Even when you expect that it will be dark soon. Especially when you expect that it will be dark soon.

But it only takes a crack. Because it is the cracks that let the light come in.
