More Baby Horse

I had a lot of pics to choose from today, having been out for a walk earlier. But I chose this one of the little foal of a previous blip. I think he's about 2.5 weeks old now.

I saw (him?) yesterday morning, sleeping with mum. He looked quite content. Then last night I saw him when I drove into the village. It was hysterical - mum was standing on the grass verge, munching away, while baby horse was running super-fast round and round in circles. Sometimes bucking his hind legs in the air like a rodeo bull. Sometimes trotting slowly. And the rest of the time racing his little heart out, legs going as fast as they possibly could. He looked like he was having fun, like a happy little boy. I laughed as I watched him run round probably about 20 times!

Then he got tired and went to mum for some milk.
