I wonder if the housing market for rooks is similar to ours. Do they have to put down a deposit (I'm not going to hang around under the trees to find out that one).

I also wonder if they pay extra for a view of the cycle track rather than the playing fields and if they have a rota for putting the bins out. So much wondering.
