Happy Daze

Mr Dazed surpassed himself with this evening's dinner. Watermelon to start - slurp, slurp - juicy and delicious. Then rainbow trout cooked with garam masala, cayenne and coriander, with brown rice, pak choi and an oyster, grilled with a teensy bit of butter and a splash of lemon juice. Absolutely fantastic - I didn't even mind cleaning up the kitchen/bombsite afterwards. We're probably going to ruin all that healthiness by opening up a packet of Haribo while watching Doctor Who, but hey, it's Sunday :0)
