Shiner - Day 1

Summary of the Day:

8:30 am- Arrive at ballpark to work the snack bar - had to miss boys games :( Worked it until 11:45 - was it EVER hectic. 6 teams were up to the snack bar on my duty.

9:00 am- Liam's game starts

9:00 am- Landon's game starts

11:00 am- Loren's practice starts

2:30-3:30- A McDonald's playland and hot fudge sundae break (and moment to breathe for mom and dad)

3:30-7:30- Off to nephew's Juniors baseball game...only lost by 1! Exciting game and the first time we've been able to watch him play (this is his first year ever trying baseball & he's a freshman in high school...he's doing so well)

8:00-bedtime Late take out dinner from fine-dining-establishment known as Taco Bell and a night of watching Avatar! (again) with father-in-law, mother, niece, nephew, bro-in-law, husband and our 3 sons!

Whew.....what a day!

Oh, and this pic was of my son, Liam, who got a 'shiner' today from a baseball game of pepper after Loren's practice. Dad was hitting the ball to his sons and, well, Liam caught it with his face. Day 2 pic will come tomorrow...since I'm almost certain it's going to turn purple! You can't tell from this picture, but his left cheek was SO swollen, as was his eye. Poor guy!
