Old boiler...

... gone from kitchen. New boiler installed in loft. We have hot water! Luxury!

Itching to start ripping kitchen out but got to wait as bathroom is to be gutted first. We promised ourselves we'd just do one room at a time.

Also got to install washing machine in airing cupboard now hot water tank has been removed.
