Leaking pipe

The new boiler works under pressure and the gauge exposed what I suspected - somewhere under our concreate floor there was a leak.

This afternoon I took the plunge and started excavating the kitchen floor. Fortunately I found the leak fairly quickly. Result. Now Nick our plumber can replace this bit of pipe.
