Size DOES matter

After digging over and tidying the garden yesterday, there was a lot of shrubery to go to the tip. As I picked up one particular bundle. this spider (now called King Kong) ran out. I called Jack and he came runing with his big bug container/observer. Over the course of the day Jack added a few more spiders, but what we didn't realise was that the big one would eat ALL of the little ones. I'm not a fan of spiders and so I just presumed that they ate flies. We were gobsmacked and amazed to watch this particular fight, the big one pounced on the little one and promptly sank its fangs into its body. I dread the day Jack asks for a Tarantula!!!
