Cute & Cuddly....... I don't think so!

We got these 2 cute little toys when we swapped our gas & electricity supplier last year. They promised us they could give us a better deal (which they did) than our current supplier. We received a letter from them the other day to say that we owe them £500 and that they are trebling our monthly paments - just like that. Gail has spent hours on the phone trying to sort it out (I wont bore you with the details), but needless to say, they wont budge and their customer relations have been disgraceful too. We're binning them off & going back to our old supplier.
