The remains of the day

Bit of a rubbish shot but this is the aftermath of last night's debate. The campus was abuzz again, but this time with the sounds of deconstruction - men shouting and swearing outside our windows as cables drop from rooftops and lorries back into each other.

Meanwhile, the campus really does look spectacular, cherry blossoms flying off in the breeze like confetti today, kissing goodbye to the last of the BBC lorries. It was an amazing, insane experience, but I'm not sorry to see the back of the meedja.
