Didn't we have a lovely day.......................

Well. Not quite bangor, but not far away. From the Welsh version anyway.

We (Mrs DD and I along with my parents) have just spent a very enjoyable day at the Victorian Extravaganza in Llandudno.

The weather was very kind to us. Blue sky as you can see, plenty of sunshine but just a cool wind. But this did not spoil the day.

Time spent on the beach with the dogs - them and me getting our feet wet. And a wonderful hour spent watching the parade of old vehicles travel through the streets of the town.

Fish and chips for lunch - well, what else at the seaside - and then a stroll along the prom to visit the Lorry and Bus show. Didn't go in to this in the end as the day was getting on and the charge was still the full price.

The only problem has been sorting out which photo to blip. In the end I decided on this one of the old Foden, as it captures two of my loves, Lorries and Trains!

The only worry from the day was sitting in the shelter on the prom, eating icecreams. Visions of times to come? When we get MUCH older of course.
