In the Flesh (II)

Tonight - we were the "Surrogate Band" again, getting ready for the company birthday bash. We were a bit ropey tonight and it was only the second night I had made it along.

New track was Kaiser Chiefs and "Ruby".

Was playing this Hartke bass amp. First time I had played one. The interesting fact on these is that the company MD put his own cell phone number on all his adverts.

So you could just phone him up for a chat. I did read one off the bass mags that this was for real!.

Their unique design included aluminium speaker cones for "added punch". It sounded OK, but I wouldn't buy one.

Congrats to Killer Queen for the most app lyric comment yesterday. However, she blew it completely with a second comment hinting that I didn't play "a mean guitar". PS - my tablet supply ran out last night :)
