The Jacket
I was able to start back on the painting today after a day and half of rain. Now I'm hoping the cold doesn't set in. That will delay completion until spring. I've got the system down now. Paint during the day, project and trace at night. After I painted this today I traced the next photo which I'll paint tomorrow. I'll shoot a picture of the trace before I start painting then get a couple "in-progress" for the blog and posterity, then a final finshed one (if I'm lucky enough to get done before dark).
This photo is of George Baggley as Superintendent of Isle Royale National Park in about 1937.
