Sunrise surprise!

This was the view from our flat this morning.

The sunrise bit is obvious I hear you say, but why 'surprise'?

Well, normally at 6am I'm still asleep, but A has to get up earlier than me (until we move) to drive to work. However, this morning, I was brutally booted out of bed to photograph the sunrise - but she was right and the shots were worth it.

The colours were amazing and the only post-processing I did was to crop the image and adjust the contrast of the silhoutted buildings a bit (to make them a bit darker).

Only slight shame is that I was half asleep and forgot to change back the ISO settings from yesterday's blip, so the images were a bit grainy.
