Date Night
at Home . . . "Funville"!
We were going to head out to "somewhere" for date night and then decided staying home looked quite inviting. It was Mr. Fun's idea and suggestion. So home is where we played.
Mr. Fun flipped the switch; quickly the spa heated, and I went upstairs to change into my swimsuit. We enjoyed the pool until 6:30, and then went inside to watch the evening news and eat dinner. It's been lovely to just be home tonight.
Today at 2:00 p.m. in the Dean's Office my "evaluation team" met for our final meeting. For almost an hour we discussed the surveys the students had completed and their comments and read the letters that each of my three evaluators submitted. Even though it all turned-out well with lots of compliments, I was glad to have this completed.
I'm thankful that it's been a good day. Thank you for the nice comments yesterday -- "Mr. Fun to the Rescue" and the day before with "White Roses."
Good night from Southern California.
Rosie (& Mr. Fun), aka Carol
