Victory Day Mug

I got a nice surprise at work today, it is actually 'Men's Day' on Monday (national holiday), this is to celebrate Victory Day (9th of May, the day after VE Day). Since it is a holiday on Monday, they chose today to celebrate in the office! All the men were presented with beer mugs with inspirational messages (I think!) on them!

Mine says: ? ???? ????????? ???!, Vi banye generalov nyet = There are no Generals in the Bath!

I think it means that we are all the same underneath. Or something!
