The view from my window
It has been a miserable day here (Kelvindale in Glasgow) - and a telephoto lens was needed to bring out any detail at all in the trees, and the hills, well they are just lost in the Sound of Music! Well, thank you to all the folks who responded to my first post yesterday, and now I have decided just how I am going to proceed with this.
My life has been a wonderful one, and so I thought I would share some of those moments with you, and hopefully have a few laughs along the way and stimulate a few of those little grey cells.
I am an oddball, Eric Morecambe once described me as "looking like an upturned loo brush." True - I do have the sort of features that are very photogenic, women take my picture and put it on the mantlepiece to keep the kids away from the fire.
However, over the years my appearance has prompted much banter from some of the celebrities I have been fortunate offer to interview, and so today may I present some memories of two great men, Morecambe and Wise. My interview with them was, shall I say, eventful, and if you would like to read it, then please follow the link below, hopefully the system will work. Have a good day folks.
